About Us

We've spent most of our professional careers in the highly dynamic video games industry, starting from entry level roles and growing into highly effective executives. We've surfed countless sea-changes, going back to the beginnings of the online world and navigated everything from fundamental shifts in media, to platform transitions to the emergence of free-to-play.

We’ve led varied organizations across different disciplines; Development, Marketing, Distribution, Product and Operations.  We’ve worked at EA Sports, Sony, Activision, Scopely, Zynga and Maxis (to name a few) and along the way we’ve had leadership roles in The Sims, EA’s NHL and NBA franchises, Pogo.com and Call of Duty Mobile.  Through those experiences, we’ve been exposed to the work of industry legends, household names in the games industry, and we’ve learned a tremendous amount from them.

Jaim is a tried and tested organizational and product leader, best known for leading the studio at GSN Games that brought you Tiki Solitaire Tripeaks, the mobile game that used innovative social play to vault into the top 50 grossing charts, and establish Solitaire as a top-tier genre.

After breaking into Video Games in Community roles, Jaim developed a dedication to developing games and services rooted in what fulfills customer needs; learning how to craft win-win strategies where customers are fans of your product who are delighted to pay for it.

Jaim began managing people and teams early in his career, quickly realizing that the “usual” management playbooks and philosophies are insufficient, even counterproductive. He spent years studying, crafting and proving out better ways of leading, ones that build trust and get results. With these in hand, Jaim has assembled and grown highly effective teams at every step on his journey, from roles in Production into Product Management to Studio Leadership to Marketing.
